These Terms of Use constitute an agreement between Haralt AS, org. no: 932 530 163, as the Service Provider (“Service Provider”, “Haralt”, “We”, “Us” or “Our”) and you as the renter (“Renter”, “User”, “You” or “Your”). This agreement outlines your rights and obligations when using Haralt’s products and services, as well as Haralt’s rights and obligations as the Service Provider. By using our services, you accept and agree to these Terms of Use. We encourage you to read through these terms carefully and become familiar with them, along with our Privacy Policy and any other applicable conditions.
This Agreement consists of rental terms, information provided during the booking process, and any additional terms mutually agreed upon by the parties. In case of any conflicts between these terms and any additional terms, the specifically agreed terms take precedence, provided they do not contradict mandatory legal requirements.
The applicable price is specified during checkout, inclusive of VAT unless otherwise stated. Pricing adjustments may apply if the rental period is extended, based on rates outlined in the rental extension terms. Payment is processed via Stripe or Vipps. Haralt reserves the right to charge the full rental amount before the rental period begins and may charge any outstanding costs post-rental if the Renter is responsible for them.
Haralt Pass is an optional subscription that gives the Renter included rental time at a fixed recurring price. The following plans are available:
Prices include VAT. The current price and content of each plan is always shown before purchase, and the terms shown at checkout apply.
The 300 included minutes are renewed at the start of each monthly period, also for the 6-month plan. Unused minutes do not carry over to the next month and are not refunded. Unlimited unlocks means no unlock or start fee is charged for rentals made while the subscription is active. Rental time beyond the included minutes is charged at the ordinary rates shown in the App at the time of rental. Late return fees and charges for damage, loss or missing cleaning are not covered by Haralt Pass. The subscription is personal and may not be shared with or transferred to others.
By purchasing Haralt Pass, the Renter authorises Haralt to charge the chosen payment method (card via Stripe, or a Vipps recurring payment agreement) automatically at the start of each subscription period: every month for the monthly plan and every 6 months for the 6-month plan. The subscription renews automatically for a new period of the same length until it is cancelled. If a payment fails, Haralt may retry the charge and may suspend the subscription benefits until payment is completed.
The Renter may cancel Haralt Pass at any time in the App, in Vipps (for Vipps agreements) or by contacting hei@haralt.co. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period, and no further charges are made. The benefits remain available until then. Payments for a period that has already started are not refunded, except where required by law or where Haralt has breached this Agreement.
Consumers have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the date of purchase under the Norwegian Right of Withdrawal Act (angrerettloven). By starting to use Haralt Pass within the withdrawal period, the Renter requests that the service begins immediately. If the Renter withdraws after the service has started, Haralt may deduct an amount proportional to the service provided up until withdrawal, including included minutes and unlocks used. Notice of withdrawal can be sent to hei@haralt.co.
Haralt may change the price or content of Haralt Pass. Changes are notified at least 30 days before they take effect, and apply from the next subscription period after that. If the Renter does not accept the change, the subscription can be cancelled before the change takes effect.
The Renter may end the use of Haralt's services at any time. Refunds for prepaid rental periods are only issued if Haralt violates this Agreement. The Service Provider may suspend or terminate access to services at its discretion, with or without cause, and will notify the Renter through the app, email, or SMS. The Renter is then required to follow standard return procedures as outlined in the App or at the rental location upon the expiration of any prepaid period. Refund requests should be directed to hei@haralt.co.
The Renter assumes full responsibility for all rented items and must handle them with care, using them as instructed. Subleasing items to third parties is prohibited. The Renter is responsible for understanding all usage and cleaning instructions before returning the items. Haralt assumes no responsibility for damages caused by improper usage. The rental period begins when the item is made available for pickup.
Items are available for immediate pickup and use once payment is completed. There is no waiting period, and the Renter can access the rented item immediately following the transaction.
The Renter is responsible for returning the item to the rental location by the end of the rental period. The item must be cleaned as instructed. Late returns incur a fee of NOK 500 per day plus the standard hourly or daily rate until the item is returned.

Haralt reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Notice of changes will be provided through the Website or other appropriate channels.
If Haralt is prevented from delivering the service or such a delivery obligation becomes unreasonably burdensome as a result of a labor dispute or any other circumstance when the parties cannot control it, such as extreme weather, fire, war, mobilization or unforeseen military calls of similar scope, requisition, seizure, currency restrictions, riots, shortage of means of transport, general shortage of goods, reduction in the supply of motive power, as well as shortages in or delays in deliveries from subcontractors or manufacturers as a result of such circumstances as dealt with in this clause, Haralt is exempt from all other liability.
The terms of use are governed by Norwegian law. Disputes arising from the terms of use and which the parties cannot resolve amicably shall be dealt with by Norwegian courts with the Oslo District Court as the agreed venue.
